Youth Rockstars Learn to Curl Gr. 1-8
This program is designed to develop young curlers. We are offering this program to kids in Gr.1 - Gr. 8.
We are proud to once again offer our youth curling development program focusing on skill development, fun and long-term growth that has been implemented by Curling Canada in a nationwide roll!
Each week, the lessons progress to encompass more of the skills learned in various skills crucial for curling, such as delivery, release, sweeping, communication and strategy.
Youth curlers can show off their success off the ice with a Curling Canada RockStars bag tag. The bag tags showcase the curler’s progress throughout the FUNdamentals and Learn to Train programs by earning stars for the tag based on the progression and mastering of skills.
We will be grouping all participants by skill (and age). The older kids will be learning some skipping strategy and game play as well as developing their delivery.
Program will run Monday nights 6pm-7pm
$150 per child for the whole season!
